My Safe & Antivirus problems

If you experience problems related to My Safe and your antivirus software, you will need to access your antivirus software. You must exclude "*.fdp" or "mysafe.fdp" from the virus scan. Instructions for doing this should be included with your antivirus software.

You can find "mysafe.fdp" in your profile:

\Documents and settings\[username]\Application Data\Protector Suite\mysafe.fdp
