Position OEM Account Manager

UPEK Inc. is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage 2 key OEM accounts: Dell and HP.

This person will be responsible for the sales process required to achieve established revenue and new designs goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategy/account plan to sell UPEK’s products to OEM accounts (Dell and HP).
  • Build and maintains relationships with key members of the accounts executive, engineering, marketing, and procurement organizations.
  • Create, execute and monitor the sales/budget plan
  • Provide training and marketing support to the accounts sales an marketing organizations
  • Manage design-in activities: lead the RFQs process and win new designs.
  • Provide customers requirements to Marketing to help define UPEK product roadmap.
  • Work with UPEK FAE, Program Managers, engineering, logistics, QA departments to ensure the highest customer satisfactions.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Sales experience
  • Education: University degree. MBA and technology savvy strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in industrial and OEM device builder markets
  • Demonstrated record of success in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment
  • Persuasive and engaging oral and written communication skills
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking attitude.
  • Team player. Able to contribute positively to the management team and throughout the organization.
  • High-level of autonomy. Feel comfortable and be efficient in a flat organization.
  • Travel for this position is approximately 25% on average.
